Thank you for purchasing from Scripture & Soil. Please read the following information regarding the delivery and refund of our digital products.

Digital Products

All products sold through Scripture & Soil are digital products. No physical products will be shipped or delivered.

After successful payment, customers will receive access to download the digital files associated with their purchase.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are supplied electronically in PDF and/or ZIP format. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout and for downloading and saving their purchased files.

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at admin@scriptureandsoil.co.za and we will gladly assist you.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that customers receive access to the files after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, if you experience a technical problem with your purchase, receive an incorrect file, are charged incorrectly, or are unable to access the product you purchased, please contact us so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Where a refund is appropriate, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
